Pastor Phillip has called Blacksburg home for nearly all his life and has a special love for  the people here. Phillip earned a M.Div from SEBTS and has been in discipling ministries for over 20 years. His main areas of focus are worship and discipleship.

Pastor Ashby has ministered in lots of areas but Blacksburg is home. His areas of focus are preaching and leadership. He holds a M.Div from SEBTS in Christian Ministry. Ashby and Phillip are the founding pastors of ICC.

John was with ICC from the very beginning. He stepped up to become a key leaders with a small group of youth that quickly grew. John is currently serving as youth minister and drummer while earning his doctorate in chiropractic care.
